The Reaching Out to Create Success (ROCS) Foster Care Transition Age Program allows:

(1) Youth to pursue job and educational goals, learn life skills such as money management, join their peers on ROCS trips and other group activities, and earn awards and prizes for active participation.
(2) Interested youth to be referred or to call the ROCS office directly to set up an interview.  The ROCS coordinator will explain the program and discuss goals, interests and expectations.  If the program is a good fit, the youth attends orientation, enrolls and begins setting goals.
